5th/6th Grade (12U) Travel Soccer

The 5th/6th Grade (12U) Travel Program marks an important step in a player’s development, as they transition from balanced teams to a more ability-based team structure. This shift allows players to train and compete with teammates of similar skill levels, providing the right level of challenge and support to continue their growth. Games at this level are played 9v9 on a larger field than the 10U level.

At this stage, players build on the fundamentals developed in earlier years and begin to focus more on position-specific skills, tactical understanding, and advanced game concepts. Training becomes more structured and competitive, while still emphasizing enjoyment, effort, and a love for the game.

The 12U program prepares athletes for the increasing demands of higher-level play, with a focus on developing confident, technically sound, and tactically aware players.
